Smoked Peach is a mild, sweet, and smoky hot sauce, made with smoked peaches and jalapeño peppers. Pair it with burgers, grilled vegetables, pulled pork, jerk chicken, pizza, and anything else you can think of.

Ingredients: White vinegar, jalapeño pepper, onion, carrot, smoked peaches, garlic, ginger, salt, sugar, turmeric, black pepper, xanthan gum.

Jalapeño Lime is a fresh and mild hot sauce, made with jalapeño, cilantro, lime, and sweetened with banana. Pair it with eggs, chicken, pizza, tacos, and anything else you can think of. You can even try stirring it into mayo for a delicious sandwich spread.

¡Viva Chile! is a new riff on an old tradition in Chile. This mild hot sauce is inspired by the traditional fresh Chilean salsa called "pebre" which is made with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, red wine vinegar, and the merkén pepper. It goes with everything. Seriously, everything. Try it with fresh bread, on barbequed meat, with empanadas, or even alone just on top of tortilla chips. It's the cooked version of a delicious fresh salsa.  The merkén pepper is a smoked pepper (cacho de cabra), traditionally used in Mapuche cuisine. The Mapuche are the largest Indigenous group in Chile.
